I. Introductory Provisions

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relations between HomerBee s.r.o., with its registered office at Škroupova 533, Velké Přílepy 252 64, Company ID: 11932759, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Intermediary”) and persons using its services (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Worker”).

2. The Intermediary is not a supplier or provider of craft services. Its activity consists solely in mediating contact between the User and the Worker, i.e. a third party independent of the Intermediary.

II. Subject of the service

1. The Intermediary provides the User with contact details for one or more Workers who, according to the information provided, meet the User’s requirements.

2. The Intermediary does not guarantee the conclusion of a contract or the performance of work between the User and the Worker, nor the quality, scope or result of the work provided.

3. The Intermediary is not a party to any agreement between the User and the Worker and bears no responsibility for the fulfillment of their obligations.

III. Liability and guarantees

1. All responsibility for the work provided, including expertise, deadlines, price and quality, lies solely with the Worker.

2. The User is obliged to independently verify the abilities, qualifications and references of the Worker, and concludes a contract with the Worker at his own discretion and at his own risk.

3. The Intermediary does not inspect the work performed, does not ensure a complaint procedure, nor does it assume any obligations for defects or other violations of contractual or legal obligations by the Worker.

4. The User acknowledges that the Intermediary does not verify the credibility, truthfulness and completeness of the information provided by the Worker, unless expressly stated otherwise.

IV. Price and payment

1. The Intermediary may charge a fee for providing contact according to the current price list published on the Intermediary's website.

2. Payment for the service is made by online payment method, transfer or other method specified in the service offer. Currently, only the form of transfer is supported.

V. Personal data protection

1. The User agrees to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of mediating contact and communication between the parties.

2. The Intermediary undertakes to handle data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and personal data protection principles.

VI. Complaints and dispute resolution

1. Any complaints must be resolved directly between the User and the Worker.

2. The Intermediary does not accept responsibility for resolving or mediating complaints.

3. Any disputes between the User and the Worker are not the responsibility of the Intermediary.

VII. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website or in the Agent's application.

2. The Agent reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions, with the amendment taking effect on the date of its publication.

3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
